SG and Account Audit

Thank you for your excellent work during this Prideraiser event! This occasion is a great time to do some housekeeping in the database. To that end, we are asking you to take three actions immediately- the whole thing should take less than 5 minutes.

1. Supporters Group Form

Please visit the Prideraiser admin's Supporters Group form and populate the Contact email field with a shared email account that is regularly monitored by your SG leadership, if applicable. This might be something like info@sgname.com or sgname@gmail.com. We will use this email when the campaign setup window opens each year and for other major announcements about Prideraiser.

While you are here, review the Email sender name and Email sender address fields, and populate the Primary and Secondary color fields for Social Images if you have not previously.

2. Admin Accounts

Admin user accounts on Prideraiser.org should be individual humans and not shared logins going forward. Please update your Prideraiser Profile with a personal email address that you check. It should not be something like info@sgname.com or sgname@gmail.com. Most Prideraiser email updates will be sent to individual admins, not the shared SG email addresses.

Prideraiser volunteers are happy to add/update/remove admins for your supporters group on Prideraiser.org at any time by contacting us on Slack, Twitter DM, or email from a recognized SG account.

If you are planning to (or decide later to) step back from Prideraiser administration duties with your SG, please contact the Prideraiser team at prideraiser@gmail.com so we can set up your successor. (We spend a ton of time and energy on finding new admins, and your help on the front end would be a kindness which we greatly appreciate!)
